# Privacy

The LootLoom preview processes as little data as possible. Most of what you do on the site stays in your browser only. This page describes what really happens.

*Preview: payments are disabled and the content is for demonstration only.*

## Data that stays in your browser

Your cart, favorites, recently viewed offers, preview account (name, e-mail, role and sign-up date), listings created in the seller dashboard and your chosen language are saved in your browser's local storage (localStorage). The conversation with the Pip assistant is kept in session storage (sessionStorage) and disappears when you close the tab.

This data is never sent to the server. The password you type for the preview sign-up or log-in is not stored or sent anywhere. You can delete everything by logging out or by clearing the site data in your browser settings.

## No payments, cookies or tracking

LootLoom does not accept payments and never asks for card or bank details. The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or images; everything is served from gameshop.adscaled.media.

## Support messages

The only personal data the server stores are messages sent through the support form of the Pip assistant: name, e-mail, topic, message text, language and the address of the page where you opened the form. They are saved in the server database under a ticket number and e-mailed to the AdScaled team; you receive a confirmation e-mail.

We use these messages only to answer your request. The server deletes every message automatically 90 days after it was received. To see your message or have it deleted sooner, write to contact@adscaled.media.

## Technical data and abuse protection

To limit the number of requests (support form, public API) the server briefly keeps the IP address in memory only; it is not written to disk or to logs. The LootLoom application keeps no access logs.

The site is hosted on Railway and protected by Cloudflare. While delivering and protecting the site, these providers process technical connection data such as the IP address, the requested address and the time, under their own terms.
