LootLoom – Game goods marketplace
Contact
Do you have a question about the LootLoom preview, did you find a bug, or would you like a similar marketplace for your own project? Write to us.
Preview: payments are disabled and the content is for demonstration only.
E-mail and phone
The fastest way to reach us is e-mail at contact@adscaled.media. The AdScaled agency can be reached by phone at +420 731 830 392. We usually reply within one working day, in English or Czech.
Pip assistant support form
The Pip assistant sits in the bottom right corner of every page. In the "Write to support" branch you enter your name, e-mail, a topic and your message. The message gets a ticket number, is stored on the server and sent to the team by e-mail; you receive a short confirmation at your address.
Please never send passwords or payment details. Nobody from the LootLoom team will ever ask for them, and purchases are not possible in the preview anyway.
